About me
Trinity College Dublin.
Brussels background.
My starting point was mathematics, physics and making things with my hands. Engineering at Trinity has given me a way to connect that foundation to software, AI and robotics.
I’m interested in the whole system: how it works, how its parts fit together, and how someone will actually use it. My projects range from welded aluminium and mechanical design to neural simulations, agent workflows and app prototypes.
I use AI coding tools to support development, while defining the systems, integrating their parts, and testing the results. I’m still learning, and building is how I do that best.
Education
Trinity College Dublin
2025–2029 · expected graduationB.A.I. Engineering (Honours), NFQ Level 8.
First-class performance to date across modules.
Studies span programming, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, and mathematics.
British School of Brussels
Graduated 2025A-levels: Further Mathematics A*, Mathematics A*, Physics A.
Mathematics competitions
- UKMT Silver Award, 2023 and 2024.
- Purple Comet Mathematics Competition, 2nd in Belgium, 2024.
What I work with
AI & software
Python, PyTorch, SQL, APIs and developing C++ skills.
Neural simulation in FlyBrain. Full-stack prototyping in Hearth.
Robotics & automation
Computer vision, camera streams, device control, LLM agents, n8n and Docker.
The drone pipeline and livestream automation.
Physical engineering
Onshape, SketchUp, mechanical design, MIG welding and woodworking.
A functional tricycle, from measurements to fabrication.
Product & experimentation
User research, UI/UX, prototyping, evaluation and iteration.
Hearth’s shared-home concept. Matched controls and interventions in FlyBrain.
Alongside the projects
I experiment with local LLMs, tool-calling agents and Hermes/OpenClaw workflows, including a personal assistant and dashboard called Greg. These are practical integration experiments, not production-service claims.

Outside engineering
Music
Piano is a long-standing part of my life. ABRSM Grade 8 Distinction, concerts, and participation in the Belgian Steinway Competition.
Basketball
School-team captaincy and youth coaching taught me about teamwork, clear feedback and showing up consistently.
Communication
I speak English, French and Romanian fluently. Tutoring mathematics and physics has helped me explain technical ideas more clearly.
